Join our Discord and post in the support channel. Let us know which game you are playing, your platform (Steam, Epic, etc.), and a short description of the issue. Screenshots or short clips help us a lot.

Purchases made through Steam or the Epic Games Store are handled under that store's refund policy. Please raise refund requests directly with the store you purchased from. For anything else, reach out to us on Discord and we will do our best to help.
